INTRODUCtion
Bertrand Siffert brings vast experience in engineering, in both live and studio fields. He has a great ability to listen that allows him to transcend the music he mixes.
Bertrand has been the official live engineer for The Young Gods for over 30 years.
He is also the sound engineer for the Montreux Jazz Festival during which he mixes and records up to 3 bands per night for 16 consecutive days…
He is unparalleled at switching from one style to another and getting the most out of the band he is recording. He can really understand what each musician wants to create.
His production credits include many well known bands such as: Yello, Sophie Hunger, The Young Gods, Emilie Zoé, The Dead Brothers, No One Is Innocent, Noir Désir…
A talented remixer, Bertrand has successfully reworked songs from the Orchestre National.
